OUR FAQ
Frequently Asked Question
1. Do you offer towing services?
Yes! We provide 24/7 towing services to safely transport your vehicle to our repair centre.
2. Can you help with my insurance claim?
Absolutely! We handle all paperwork and negotiations with your insurer for a hassle-free experience.
3. How long will my car repairs take?
Repair time depends on the damage. We provide an estimate after a detailed inspection.
4.Do you offer a warranty on repairs?
Yes! All our repairs come with a life-time quality assurance warranty.
5. What types of vehicles do you repair?
We repair all types of vehicles including sedans, SUVs, utes, luxury cars (like BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Lamborghini), and European imports.
6. How do I know if I qualify for a free hire car?
If your insurance policy covers rental vehicles or if you're not at fault, you're likely eligible. Contact us to confirm.
7. Do I need to book an appointment for an inspection?
While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking an appointment to avoid wait times. Call 03 9896 2999 to book.
9. Should I contact my insurance first?
Call us first. We can help you decide the best approach — going through your own insurance may not always be the most cost-effective solution.
10. Do you use new or used parts?
We use new, OEM or high-quality aftermarket parts depending on your insurance policy and your preferences.
11. How much will it cost?
If you're claiming through insurance, costs are usually covered. For private work, we’ll provide a clear, upfront quote before starting.
12. Can you do it cheaper?
We focus on high-quality, safe, and lasting repairs — we’ll work with you and your budget, but won’t compromise on safety or standards.
13. Will you update me during the process?
Yes, we aim to update every customer weekly via phone, SMS, or email — whichever you prefer.
14. If I had an accident — what do I do?
1. Check for safety
Make sure you and your passengers are safe. Do not remain in a hazardous location such as the middle of the road.
2. Check others involved
If anyone is injured or there is significant property damage, call 000 immediately for emergency assistance.
3. Move your vehicle (if safe)
If your vehicle is drivable and it’s safe, move it to a secure location to avoid blocking traffic.
4. Call official towing (Victoria only)
In Victoria, you must call the VicRoads Accident Allocation Centre at 13 11 76.
- Do not arrange your own tow truck at the scene
- Using an unauthorised tow truck may result in fines
- Driving a damaged or unroadworthy vehicle can lead to penalties and insurance issues
5. Gather accident details
Collect the following information:
- Other driver’s name, phone number, and address
- Photos of:
- Driver’s license (front and back)
- Vehicle positions and visible damage
- Road signs or conditions
- Witness details, if any
6. Contact a trusted repair centre
Once you’re safe, call your preferred repairer — that’s us!
We’ll help with insurance coordination, towing (if required), and get your vehicle assessed and repaired as quickly as possible.
